Linthwaite House Hotel

Our Fell Suites (average size 217 ft²/710ft²), are located in the 14 acres of grounds and, feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open plan bedroom and living spaces, king-size beds, and private bathrooms with a bath and walk-in shower. Each Fell Suite is able to interconnect with a Fell Suite with Hot Tub. Guests are escorted to their suites along a gravel lane past the tarn in our golf buggy. A selection of our Fell Suites can accommodate small dogs, however availability must be confirmed with our reservations team at time of booking.

These rooms are an average size of 82 ft²/269ft² and offer views of the picturesque woodland grounds, gardens or courtyard. All are en suite, with king-size double beds.

Our Luxury Rooms offer views over the surrounding fells, farmland and gardens (112 ft²/366ft² in size).
